  • Start up company

    Supported a Norwegian predictive analytics startup in optimizing the existing business model. The realignment resulted in the development of a spinoff product that was embraced by hospitals and generously funded by new VC investors and grants.

  • Business model framework

    Supported a NASDAQ-listed biotech company in designing a business model framework for POC cell therapy technologies. This led to the development and international roll-out of new applications and revenue from licensing.

  • A playground for joint research

    Established a co-creation ecosystem with a multinational medtech powerhouse and a renowned German university clinic. The ecosystem is levered as a playground for joint research and the implementation of pilot projects.

  • Pilot projects recruiting

    Recruited five German clinics and medical practices for pilots on behalf of a Norwegian digital therapeutic startup. We engaged over160 specialists and derived valuable insights for the client’s clinical strategy.
