Ole Christian Ruge
Ole Christian held CEO positions with leading life sciences and technology companies in both Norway and Germany. He devoted himself to advancing and promoting technology whereby his journey began by introducing Nordic technology to Germany and Switzerland. In subsequent years, he furthered connections between Germany and Norway by bringing healthcare solutions from Germany into the Nordic region, making a modest but meaningful contribution to both healthcare systems.
A creative and strategic thinker, OC consistently identifies commercially viable innovations that benefit both caregivers and patients. He possesses a deep passion for people and currently directs most of his energy toward mentoring young leaders in building tomorrow’s technology leaders.
Ole Christian hold a bachelor's degree in finance from OHG Oslo and a master’s degree in engineering and computing from ETH Switzerland, (which explains his strong Swiss German dialect).

Heinrich Zimmerman
With a passion for healthcare innovation and a bit of a hypochondriac streak, Heinrich always seeks ways to make life sciences breakthroughs available to society (and himself). He believes that applied sciences and bold entrepreneurs are the engine that drives the world forward. Heinrich was fortunate to contribute to this progress in various roles, as management consultant, firm partner and startup COO. During the past ten years, he built profound expertise in development and implementation of business strategies for new ventures.
Heinrich has worked with CFOs of NASDAQ-listed companies, supported IPOs, and led market entry strategies for new technologies. As an integral part of startup teams, he has developed clinical strategies, was responsible for trial implementation and lead business development along various life cycle stages.
